Meeting Minutes: A meeting of the Commission was held at the Library on Friday, Nov. 21st. Dr. Noble and Mrs. Gillette were present Mr. Strobel was absent

Bills to the amount of $174.10 were allowed

Mrs. Van Slyke requested that some arrangement be made to reduce confusion caused by different organizations passing through the lobby on their way to the club rooms in the basement

It was noted that Mr. Strobel and Dr. Noble had met twice a month since July in the secretary's absence to allow regular bills, though no further business was transacted

A new record book for secretary's reports was purchased from Ihling Bros. and Everard Co. of Kalamazoo for $24.00 the company previously furnished the book used since 1902, which is nearly full
