As members of the Howell Carnegie Library Commission and Librarian of same we are interested in the favorable action by the House Com. on Education on bill H.R.10340 known as the Harrison-Thomas-Fletcher Bill. While in a general way, we are interested in the benefits the bill provides for schools we are more particularly concerned in the library features and request you to give the matter your favorable consideration.
