Meeting Minutes: June 5th (Wed)
On the evening of June 5th (Wed) a meeting of the Library Board was held in the library. Mr. J.S. Bush president in the chair, Mr. H. Strobel treasurer and Mrs. H.P. Gillette secretary being present. Balance of $1800 reported in the treasury. An inspection of the stack rooms and main reading rooms was made and it was decided to redecorate the walls of the stack rooms and paint the floor, bids on the labor to be secured. Also to ascertain cost of washing the walls in main reading rooms. Repairs on main entrance steps were also planned. A sample of olive green roofing paint was discussed but it was decided to take no immediate action on same. Respectfully submitted, Beulah P. Gillette Sec.
