The Library Board met at the Library Jan. 14, 1920.
Members present: M. J. McPherson, Dr. E. L. Avery and Arthur Garland.
The following bill was presented and allowed:
Books bought of Geo. Wahr of Jan. 6, covering Nov 15, 1919 to Dec 30th 1919 for $44.38.
It was moved and supported that Miss Winnifred Brown’s salary be raised to 60.00∗∗permonthand∗∗MissIlahDurfee’s∗∗salaryberaisedto∗∗45.00 per month.
Referring to the salary of A. J. Brown raised to 55.permonth,onreconsideringthismatteritwasunanimouslyconsideredbytheBoardthatunderexistingconditionsitberaisedto∗∗60.00** per month.
Agreed by board to buy a shelf rack for magazines down in the basement.
