Moved by E. L. Avery, supported by M. J. McPherson that the officers and employees of the State Sanatorium (not patients) shall be extended the privilege of the rental of books from the Howell Carnegie Library. Carried.
Moved by E. L. Avery, supported by M. J. McPherson that the library purchase the list of books as presented by the Librarian. Carried.
