The Library Board met at the Library May 28th 1917.
Present: — M. J. McPherson, Dr. E. L. Avery and A. Garland. Motion by A. Garland, seconded by Dr. Avery to proceed to elect new Board for coming year, also to proceed to elect President for one year from April 1st. Result of ballot — 3 votes, of which M. J. McPherson had majority and was duly elected. Motion to elect Secretary for one year in place of A. Garland. — Result of vote — A. Garland received majority. Motion to elect Treasurer for one year in place of Dr. Avery — Dr. Avery was unanimously re-elected.
Motion to pay the bills for papers and books as per list. Carried.
