The first meeting of the new City Library Board of Commissioners was held at the Library on June 1st, 1915. The following members were present: — President, M. J. McPherson, Treasurer E. L. Avery, Secretary, A. Garland. The following bills and salaries were allowed and paid:

The Library Board met at the Library July 26th 1915. Present: — M. J. McPherson, E. L. Avery. Absent: A. Garland. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The following bills and salaries were ordered paid:

The Library Board met at the Library Aug. 30th, 1915. Present: M. J. McPherson, E. L. Avery, A. Garland. The minutes of last meeting read & approved. Bids for coal wire opened Jones Bros. having the lowest it was awarded to them specified that stove size be used & quantity to last thru winter and spring of 1915-16.
