Meeting held at Library. Present: M. J. McPherson, L. E. Howlett, C. E. Jewett, H. A. McPherson, and D. D. Monroe. Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Officers elected for the Year:

Moved and supported that monthly Board meeting be held the last Monday evening of each month. Moved and supported that Myrtle Wilkinson's salary be the same as last year [noted as $42.00 per month inclusive of extra service pay]. Moved and supported that Gladys Cook's salary be the same as last year [noted as $27.00 per month inclusive of extra service pay]. Moved and supported that A. J. Brown's salary be the same as last year [noted as $49.00 per month inclusive of extra service pay].
After due consideration the following bills were allowed:
A. J. Brown Salary:
1/2 Township: $24.50
1/2 Village: $24.50
Myrtle Wilkinson: $42.00
Gladys Cook: $27.00
Toledo Chandelier Mfg. Co.: $4.25

Moved and supported that library be closed Sundays until further notice. Carried. Moved and supported that bids be asked for 30 tons of Road Coal for next winter, to be delivered on Gordon-Jubb scales. Bids to be received on or before June 30th. Carried. Moved and supported that the list of books selected be purchased. Carried. Moved and supported that $10.00 be sent to Library of Congress. Carried.
