Moved and supported that monthly Board meeting be held the last Monday evening of each month. Moved and supported that Myrtle Wilkinson's salary be the same as last year [noted as $42.00 per month inclusive of extra service pay]. Moved and supported that Gladys Cook's salary be the same as last year [noted as $27.00 per month inclusive of extra service pay]. Moved and supported that A. J. Brown's salary be the same as last year [noted as $49.00 per month inclusive of extra service pay].
After due consideration the following bills were allowed:

1/2 Village: $24.50
Myrtle Wilkinson: $42.00

Moved and supported that the list of books selected be purchased. Carried. Moved and supported that $10.00 be sent to Library of Congress. Carried.
