Special Meeting held at library Present: M. J. McPherson, C. B. Jewett, D. D. Monroe, L. E. Hewlett, A. D. Thompson.
After due consideration the following bills were allowed:

Inter State Long Dist Phone Co (Rental) — 6.00

Moved supported & carried that book requested by Ladies Club be ordered purchased.
Moved supported & carried that Com on Grounds & buildings be authorized to purchase fuel for ensuing year and to patronize all the dealers as near equal as possible.

Moved supported and carried that the Daughters of American Revolution be allowed the space next west of magazine rack in basement to put in cases for relics of American Revolution.
