Moved & supported that the Library be kept open every week day evening until further action may be taken — Carried.
Moved & supported that Janitor salary be fixed at $45.00 per month so long as the Library is kept open every week day evening — Carried — Commencing May 1st 1911.
Moved & supported that the Secretary order a bill book for library — Carried.
Moved & supported that M. J. McPherson & D. D. Monroe be a committee to act with the committee of ladies of the D.A.R. with reference to location of flag in Library which the society of D.A.R. wish to present to the Library. Carried.
Moved & supported that books presented on list by book Com. be ordered — Carried.
Moved & supported that Com. on grounds and buildings be instructed to purchase screens for library windows when they shall deem fit in any part of the building — Carried.
Moved sup & carried that the board accept offer of D.A.R. to present flag to library.

Meeting held at the Library. Present: M. J. McPherson, D. D. Monroe, L. S. Brooke, L. E. Hewlett & A. D. Thompson.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
After due consideration the following bills were allowed:

Asa Parshall 4 trees @ 35¢ — 1.40
Livingston Democrat 500 Books — 2.50
Electric Lights for May — 7.60
Moved & sup that librarian be instructed to notify R. C. Gillette that the committee accept the offer to furnish the missing volumes of State Pioneer Historical Society — Carried.
Moved & sup that the proposition of the Review of Reviews Co. as to purchasing Photographic History of Civil War and book committee be empowered to look after it — Carried.
Moved & sup. that one half net of bill of Ginn. Britannica be allowed:
Francis Lasker Co — $65.00
Library Bureau — 45.00
Burnham Bros. — 3.90
Howell Garage & Sup. Co. — 6.57
Geo Wahr — 8.28
Harper & Bros. — 48.60
