Meeting at Library Present M. J. McPherson & A. D. Thompson. No Quorum being present meeting adjourned until Tuesday evening August 1st 1911.
Aug 1, 1911 Adjourned meeting called to order by President. Present M. J. McPherson, L. S. Brooke, L. E. Hewlett, A. D. Thompson & D. D. Monroe. Minutes of last meeting read & approved.
After due consideration the following bills were allowed:
A. J. Brown salary ½ & bills 1/2 Sup — $22.50
Gladys Cook salary — 15.00
Myrtle Wilkinson Salary — 35.00
Electric Light — 6.65
Long distance Telephone Rental — 6.00
Geo Wahr bill 7/17/11 — 26.54
G. & C. Merriam Co. Dictionary Springfield Mass. — 16.00
Moved supported and carried that List of books presented by book Committee be purchased. On motion meeting Adjourned.
