Meeting held at Library. Present L.S. Brooke, L.E. Howlett, A.D. Thompson and Geo. H.Chapel.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
After due consideration, the following bills allowed.
A.J. Brown salary 1/2 to vill, 1/2 to twp $20.00
Mrs. Wilkinson salary 30.00
Express to L.S. Brooke .60
Francis Lasher & Co. bill 7/25/10 60.00
W.P. Blessed manager bill 9/12/10 10.50
Mark Brown bill manure .75
A.D. Thompson bill ex freight .67
Electric Lights for Sept 4.08
Beurmann Co. table for mens room 36.00
Total 162.60

Moved, supported and carried that list of books presented by book committee be ordered.
Moved by L.E. Howlett & seconded by Geo. H. Chapel that there be assessed upon the property of the township one mill for the support & maintenance of the Library.
Carried.
Moved by R.B. McPherson & seconded by L.E. Howlett that M.J. McPherson & Geo. H. Chapel be appointed to committee to look up and report on the advisability of keeping the Library open every evening
except Sundays. Carried.
