RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS RELATING TO THE HOWELL FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY AND CARNEGIE LIBRARY BUILDING

March 12 1908

Board met at library. Present M.J. McPherson, Thos. Gordon Jr., Geo. Barnes, R. Bruce McPherson, Geo. H. Chapel.

After considerable discussion for the good of the cause a standing book committee of two was appointed to submit lists of books to Board.
Thos. Gordon Jr., R.B. McPherson.
The same committee was appointed to look after publishing the annual report of the library.
