Thos Gordon was directed to look after the purchase of small articles needed about the library building.
On Motion adjourned.

Board met at Library. Present M.J. McPherson, Chapel, Wood & Barnes.
Miss Chapel librarian authorized to rent small post office box for library. On motion, each member of the Board was asked to prepare a list
of books to the value of $100.

The following bills were allowed.
Lucy Chapel (salary for Jan.) $20.00
John Britten (salary for Jan.) 30.00

R.B. McPherson & Geo. Barnes were requested to confer with Village Council in regards to ornamenting library square with shrubs, flowers & c.
M.J. McPherson authorized to select outside lamp.

Board met at Library. Present Thos. Gordon, W.H.S. Wood, G.H. Chapel, R.B. McPherson & Geo. Barnes.
Thos Gordon Jr was elected President Pro Tem.
The following bills were allowed.

John Britton (salary for Feb.) 30.00
H.E. Beach (magazines) 10.55
Fred Euler (cover for fountain) 28.50
E & W. Cor??? (lights) village 6.56
F.P. Schroeder (? plumbing ?park) 59.26
F.P. Schroeder (merchandise) 41.57

The vote to allow F.P. Schroeder bill was as follows: Chapel - yes Gordon -yes R.B. McPherson yes Barnes - yes Wood - no

Meeting of Library Board at Library.
Present Gordon, Chapel, Wood, R.B. McPherson.
Meeting called to order by chairman Gordon.
Moved by Chapel that R.B. McPherson act as sec. Carried.
Moved by Wood that Librarian make duplicate copies of list of fiction for submission to ??eseters. Seconded by Chapel. Carried.
On motion of W.H.S. Wood the following were allowed.

Miss Lucy Chapel (salary) $20.00
John Britton (salary) 30.00
Electric Lights 4.80
