A meeting was held. Members present M.J. McPherson, Gordon, Chapel, R.B. McPherson. The chairman called the meeting to order.
R.B. McPherson was appointed Sec Pro Term. Statement from Malcomson & Higginbotham ? for the amount of $1356.79 less 15%
or $1153.28 due C.A. Sauer & Co. Statement dated 8/31/05. Motion made & carried t? the order be allowed to the chariman
authorized to draw check in favor of C.A. Sauer & Co. for $1153.28. Meeting adjourned.
