accepted provided he make suitable contracts in puplicate and secured by approved bonds that the work be done in workmanlike manner by Dec 1, 1903,
subject to proper inspections and according to specifications and plans of architect E.E. Myers on file, said bone to be inthe amount of $9800.00
with two or more approved sureties and that D.D. Harger and Wm. P. VanWinkle be authorized to represent the Board in the making of contracts and
bonds, in conferences with the architect and bidder and present the same to this board for examination and approval at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 1902,said
bonds to cover not only the erection of the building but to save the township harmless from all mechanics, builders, and material men's liens and
the pay to be subject to the Carnegie proposition. Carried

Moved by Wood, seonded by Pettibone that Mr. Harger secure Mr. Bullock to survey off the Library lot and mark corners and corners of blocks, it being
understood the village to pay half the expenses. Carried.

On motion board then adjourned.

At a meeting of the Library Advisory Board called ? at Four O'clock P.M. this date for purpose of locating building on lot - there was present W.P.VanWinkle,
E.P. Gregoary, R. Bruce Mc Pherson, A.D. Thompson, W.H.S. Wood, Frank J. Holt & D.D. Harger.
After visiting and inspecting grounds, it was on motion of D.D. Harger seconded by W. P. VanWinkle voted that the north end of stockroom of
bulding would parallel with and two feet distance from the north end of library lot and that the center line of said library building East and west should
be the same as the center line of said lot - East & West.

A meeting of the Township Board of the township of Howell held at the office of the township clerk on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 1902 at 1:00 o'clock P.M. present, W.H.S. Wood,
Supervisor, J.L. Pettibone and David D. Harger, Justices and Frank J. Holt, Clerk, the following resolutions were adopted:
590 Resolved: That the time for the completion of the Library Building named in the resolution of Nov. 12, 1902 be extended from Dec. 1, 1903 to
Jan. 1, 1904. Carried.

Resolved that the Contract and Specifications for a Public Library Building for Howell Township be signed in duplicate by this Board and Contractor, A.G. Heuhnle,
and the original tracing plans be also signed and that the said contract bear date Nov. 25, 1902, and the copy of contract & specifications and blue
