Resolved, that we rescind the resolution of Oct. 17, 1902 permitting original tracing or plans being allowed out of the hands of the clerk or architect . Carried.

a Library Building for a town of your population.

A meeting of the township board was held at the office of the township clerk, Monday, Dec 15, 1902 at 1:00 P.M.
Present: W.H.S. Wood Supervisor, J. L. Pettibone & D.D. Harger, Justices of the Peace and Frank J. Holt, Clerk.
Moved by Harger, seconded by Pettibone that the following resolution be adopted.
Resolved that the bond of A.G. Huehnle, with Gottlieb Kuehnle, Fred Kuhn, James H. Wallace and James A. Worthington as sureties, dated Dec 15, 1902,
for $9800.00 to secure the performance of the Libary building Contract with said A.H. Kuehnle, be accepted and the sureties approved and that the same
be filed with the Township Clerk, for safe keeping with the original contract and specifications after which the duplicate contract and duplicate
specifications may be delivered by him to the said contractor. Carried.
On motion board then adjourned.
