The ? certify that at the Annual Election in the Township of Howell held on April 6 1903. John Krile was duly elected supervisor of the Township of Howell in the place of
W.H.S. Wood. That Frank J. Holt was duly elected Township Clerk of said Township & succeed himself, that Phil G. Henry was duly elected Township Treasurer of a said
Township of Howell & succeed himself , that each of said Howell officers duly qualified and are now said officers for said Township. That D.D. Harger is the duty oppointed and
qualified Deputy Township Clerk of said Township, that J.L. Pettibone and D.D. Harger are the two oldest Justices of the Peace of said Township
and as such are members of the Township Board of said township.
