Meeting Minutes: The Library Commission met at the library on Wednesday evening, May 10th, with Dr. Noble, Mr. Strobel, and Mrs. Gillette being present
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved
A communication from Henry Brown, Assistant in Research at the University of Michigan, was read by Dr. Noble
The letter requested a loan for an indefinite period of volumes of the Livingston Courier for the years 1843 to 1845
The request proposed that the Carnegie Library move these volumes to the air-conditioned and fireproof vaults of the new Rackham building in Ann Arbor
