A communication from Henry Brown, Assistant in Research at the University of Michigan, was read by Dr. Noble
The letter requested a loan for an indefinite period of volumes of the Livingston Courier for the years 1843 to 1845
The request proposed that the Carnegie Library move these volumes to the air-conditioned and fireproof vaults of the new Rackham building in Ann Arbor
