October 25th, 1909
Board met at Library. Present: M.J. McPherson, L.S. Brook, Geo. H Chapel, Geo. Barnes, R.B. McPherson, and A.D. Thompson

MInutes of last meeting read and approved.
After due consideration, the following bills were allowed.
