October 25th, 1909
Board met at Library. Present: M.J. McPherson, L.S. Brook, Geo. H Chapel, Geo. Barnes, R.B. McPherson, and A.D. Thompson

MInutes of last meeting read and approved.
After due consideration, the following bills were allowed.
A.J. Brown, salary 1/2 vill, 1/2 twp. $17.50

Moved, supported and carried that book committee purchase List of book presented: Also to purchase list -read from special list in catalogue
Appreciation of Emma Cleave as assistant to the LIbrarian accepted and placed on file for future reference.

After accepting of compliments of LIbrarian meeting adjourned.
