Howell Carnegie Library board minutes and ledger entries approved by the board.

by Mrs. Williams that the librarian and assistant librarian be granted one week's vacation with pay. Motion carried.

Moved by Mrs. Williams and supported by Mr. Merritt that a carbon tetrachloride fire extinguisher be purchased and placed at or near the circulation desk. Motion carried.

Moved by Mrs. Williams and supported by Mr. Merritt that we again investigate prices on ceiling insulation, except over the office portions and if the cost approximates the funds available that the library board chairman is authorized to go ahead with the project. Motion carried.

The city audit for the library fund was examined. Meeting adjourned at 8:30PM Leslie B. Merritt, Secretary
