Meeting Minutes: The Howell Library Board held its meeting on Oct 24, 1946, at 8:00 o'clock. Those present were Mr. Woodhams and Mr. Krieger. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The bills listed above were examined and approved. It was moved by Mr. Krieger and supported by Mr. Woodhams that if funds could be made available that the Schanbacher Co. of Springfield Ill. be obtained to decorate the first floor of the library. This company has submitted a price of $1885.00 for this job. There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:00 PM.
