Meeting Minutes: The Library Commission met on Monday Evening, Sept. 28th, 1942. Present: Mr. Woodhams and Mrs. Noble. The minutes of the meeting on September 1st were read and approved. The September bills were read and recommended to the City Clerk for payment. These bills were as follows:
