Members present: M. J. McPherson and Dr. E. L. Avery. Member absent: A. Garland.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Thirteenth Annual Report of the librarian read and approved.
The following bills were allowed:

The Library Board met at the library April 30, 1920.
Members present: M. J. McPherson, E. L. Avery and A. Garland.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
This being the Annual meeting, the following officers were elected:
M. J. McPherson was elected President of the library Board.
A. Garland was elected Secretary of the library Board.
Dr. E. L. Avery was elected Treasurer of the library Board.
Moved by A. Garland, seconded by Dr. Avery that we order the list of books submitted by the librarian.
Motion to adjourn, Carried.
