Mr Woodworth met with the Board + asked permission to allow the Waddell Post G.A.R. and Womans Relief Corps to occupy a room in the Library Building for an indefinite period, without any cost to them. Motion by A. Garland, seconded by E. L. Avery was carried to grant the request.
