Board met at Library April 27, 1914.
Present: M. J. McPherson, L. E. Howlett, A. Garland, H. A. McPherson.
Minutes of last meeting read + approved.
The report of H. A. McPherson Treas. was received + and adopted.
The following bills were allowed:
Howell Garage & Supply Co.: $5.40
Goodnow & Beach (for 23 1/2 lbs Bone): $2.15
Gas line: .90
Francis A. Lacher (3/27-3/30/14): $23.37
Wagenvoord & Co. (4/13/14): $64.85
George Wahr (1/26-4/11/14): $89.98
Moved by Howlett and supported by Garland that the above bills and the salaries and current expense bills be allowed. Carried.
Moved that we adjourn to May 4th. Carried.

Board met at library May 5th 1914.
Present: M. J. McPherson, H. A. McPherson, A. Garland, L. E. Howlett, C. E. Jewett, C. E. Skinner.
Minutes of last meeting were not read as had not been recorded.
Election of Officers for ensuing year (H. A. McPherson was appointed teller):
President: M. J. McPherson
Vice President: L. E. Howlett
Secretary: A. Garland
Treasurer: H. A. McPherson
Moved and supported that the same Book committee act for another year.
Moved and supported that C. E. Jewett and C. E. Skinner be appointed as committee on Building and Grounds — carried.
After due consideration the following bills were allowed:
Glen H. Beurmann (labor): $6.50
A. F. Peavy & Sons (coal): $15.91
Moved by H. A. McPherson and supported by A. Garland that sealed bids for coal be advertised for. Carried.
Moved and supported that books suggested by Rev. Brooke be purchased. Carried.
Moved and supported that Building and Grounds Committee see as to sewer connections — carried.
Moved by H. A. McPherson, supported by C. E. Skinner that Gladys Cook receive 30.00 per month and Myrtle Wilkinson receive 45.00 per month for the coming year.
