Meeting held at the Library. Present: M. J. McPherson, D. D. Monroe, L. E. Howlett, and A. D. Thompson. Minutes of last meeting read + app.
After due consideration the following bills were allowed:

Also that it be opened from 2 o'clock until 5 o'clock from Jany 1 1913 until April 1 1913. Moved Supported + Carried That the salary of Librarian be $40.00 per month from Jany 1. 1913. Adjourned. A.
