Present: M. J. McPherson, L. E. Howlett, H. A. McPherson, and D. D. Monroe.
Minutes of the last meeting read and approved.
The following bills were allowed:
Geo. Wahr — Books: $32.87
A. J. Brown’s Salary:
1/2 Village: $22.50
1/2 Township: $22.50
Myrtle Wilkinson — Salary for June: $40.00
Gladys Cook: $25.00
The following bids received for Coal for Library. 30 Tons to be weighed on Gordon-Jubb scale:
Jones Bros. — Bid: $7.00
Michigan Milling Co: $7.00
Howell Lumber & Coal Co: $6.82
Moved and supported that the bid of Howell Lumber & Coal Co. for 30 Tons Coal at $6.82 per ton be accepted. Carried.
Moved and supported that the report of Librarian be accepted and placed on file. carried.
Moved and supported that list of Books selected be purchased. carried.
Moved and supported that we adjourn. carried.
