Special Meeting held at Register’s Office. Present: M. J. McPherson, L. E. Hewlett, C. E. Skinner, D. D. Monroe, C. B. Jewett + A. D. Thompson. Minutes of last meeting read and approved. After due consideration the following bills were allowed:
A. J. Brown salary Sept 1/2 mo & 1/2 Sup — $22.50
Myrtle Wilkinson [salary] — 35.00
Gladys Cook [salary] — 25.00
Telephone Rental — 6.00
Sprinkling M. B. Earl — 7.00
Geo Wahr — 11.04
Schneiders Rytta — 14.22
Wright & Smith work at Library — 4.50
Geo Barnes painting — 2.50
Electric Light Sept — 8.26
Howell Lumber Co coal — 49.81
Moved supported and carried that 1/2 mill on the dollar for support of library for ensuing year. Moved supported and carried that list of books presented be purchased. Moved supported and carried that bindings for magazines presented be ordered. Moved supported and carried that if for any reason a meeting of the Board was not held at proper time, that the Secretary draw the order for janitor, librarian and Assistant Librarian and the same be allowed at the next meeting.
