Meeting held at Library. Present M.J. McPherson, L.E. Howlett, Geo. H. Chapel, R.B. McPherson & A.D. Thompson.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.

L.E. Howlett reported a rebate from Francis Lasher & Co of $11.12 and turned some over to R.B. McPherson Treasurer of Com.
Moved by R.B. McPherson & seconded by Howlett that the secretary draw oerfers Librarian & Janitor for 1/15 months at extra
salary on account of extra time Library was kept open during homecoming week. Moved by Howlett, seconded by R.B. McPherson
that the new Encyclopedia Britannica be ordered.
