April 19 1909
Board met at library. Present G.H. Chapel, R.B. McPherson, Geo. Barnes & L.S. Brooke who has just been elected full term.
Absent M.J. McPherson who was reelected full term & A.D. Thompson.

After due consideratons, the following bills were allowed.

Mrs. T.R. Staley presented the Libary 3 vol - Thos Scott's Bible, published in 1816 for which she was tendered a ?ile of thanks.
Hon Edwin Farmer sent the Library a set of Regimental Histories from the >alale which were accepted with thanks by the board.
