Meeting at Library. Present M.J. McPherson, Thos Gordon Jr, A.D. Thompson, R.B. McPherson, Geo. Chapel & Geo. Barnes.
The following bills were allowed

It was moved, supported & carried that one mill be raised on this taxable property of Howell township for the support of the Howell Carnegie
Library for the coming year.

After considerable discussion, the board decided to accept the ?Bogue proposition for ornamental ?slack , plumbing and ?opervision @
$300 or & reduction of $100 from the original price asked.

Thos. Gordon Jr & R.B. McPherson to select & purchase a list of children's books from the Miss ?nights list.

Chapel directed to have front walk extended to curb line of street.
