Moved by Mr. VanWinkle seconded by Mr. McPherson that the President & Secy send a letter expressing their thanks to Mr. Carnegie for the additional
Five Thousand Dollars.
On Motion the Board adjourned.

At a meeting of the Township Board of Library Directors of the Township of Howell held on the 6th day of January 1905 at the office of Thos. Gordon Jr.
There were present W.P. VanWinkle, J.J. Cooper, M.J. McPherson, Thos.Gordon Jr and F.O. Bush. L.S. Brooke being absent.

Moved by Mr. VanWinkle seconded by Mr. Cooper that the following bills be allowed & paid, 'carried'
W.J.Burton Co. Bal due on roofing $60.92
F.P. Schroeder putting on roof & gutters 348.98
Fred Euler boarding up windows & lumber 30.00

On motion the Board adjourned
