The amount of Mr. Carnegie's donation is now available and will be remited by mo in instalments (sic) of $2000, each from time to time
as work proceeds on the Building.

Requests for remittances should be signed by the President and Treasurer of your Library Board and accompanied by the
Architect's certificate.
