Page 399 Nov. 21 / 31 On Nov. 21/31 Mr. M.J. McPherson passed out. He had served the Library continuously for over thirty years. Mr. Farnsworth, President of board, ordered flowers to be sent to the home of Mr. McPherson. It seems appropriate that there should be placed on the records of the Howell Carnegie Library some expression of its appreciation of the services of Mr. M.J. McPherson who has been taken from our midst. He loved the Library and took great pleasure in discharging his duties. He was always active in promoting the best interests of the Library.
