Sept. 1, 1923 A special meeting of the Library Board was held, the President M. J. McPherson in the chair, Mrs. Huntington and Mr. Shields present. The resignation of the Librarian, Miss Winnifred Brown, to take effect Aug. 31 was accepted. It was moved and carried that Mrs. W.C. Huntington be employed as Librarian for the period of one month to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Miss Brown, at the same salary. Adjourned.
