Meeting Minutes: A regular meeting of the Commission was held at the library at 7:30 P.M. Friday, Nov. 22, with Dr. Noble, Mr. Strobel, and Mrs. Gillette present. The secretary's report of the October meeting was read and approved as read. Bills to the amount of $308.73, including salaries, were approved and ordered paid.
A motion was made and carried that it be suggested to all organizations using the Club rooms in the library for regular meetings that 50¢ per meeting be paid to defray the expense of electricity. The meeting adjourned. Respectfully submitted, Beulah P. Gillette, Sec.

Meeting Minutes: A regular meeting of the commission was held at the library at one o'clock on the afternoon of Feb. 21st, 1941. All members were present. Dr. Noble, the President of the commission, called the meeting to order. The secretary's report of the November meeting was read and approved as read. The Treasurer, Mr. Strobel, reported the amount on hand as of February 1st was $1,935.00. Motion made and carried bills to amount of $256.37 for February be paid.
In regard to the suggestion that all societies using the club rooms in the library pay 50¢ per meeting for electricity, the proposal met with opposition from the Woman's Club. A motion was subsequently made and carried that Dr. Noble confer with members of the City Council about the city assuming the expenses of light and heat for the building. The meeting adjourned.
