Present—Mayor Fishbeck, Clerk Dailey, Councilmen Bennett, Field, Wilber. Absent—Councilman Woodruff. Minutes of last meeting read and approved. Moved by Wilber, supported by Bennett, that Mrs. W. C. Huntington be appointed a member of the Howell Carnegie Library Board, to succeed the late Arthur Garland for his unexpired term. Ayes—Bennett, Field, Wilber. Nays—None. Carried
