Minutes of last meeting read and approved.

After due consideration, the following bills were allowed
A.J. Brown salary 1/2 vill, 1/2 twp $17.50
Lucy Chapel Williams, bal salary 17.50
Myrtle Wilkinson salary 1/2 mos 15.00
Geo. Wahr Bill books 2/21/1910 5.08
Livingston Democrat Printing 1.75
Int. State Long Distance Rental 3.00
Voted to send to LIbrary of Congress 10.00
Electric Lights for February 4.56
total $84.39

Moved supported and carried that picture presented by Lucy Chapel be accepted and admitted ? vote of tahnk & Secy instructed to ? letter of acceptance to donor.
