Board met at Library. Present M.J. McPherson, Thomas Gordan Jr., Geo. Barnes, R.B. McPherson, Geo. H. Chapel.
The President M.J. McPherson was authorized to draw the balance of Carnegie fund in Alex McPherson's bank for $76.47 and transfer to the township Library fund.

The following bills were allowed.
