Board met at Library. Present M.J. McPherson, Thos Gordan Jr., A.D. Thompson, Geo. Barnes. R.B McPherson & Geo. H. Chapel.

It was moved supported and carried that we raise one mill on taxable property of Howell township for the support of the Howell Carnegie Library for the coming year.
Miss Chapel authorized to have some books repaired as they need it.

M.J. McPherson & Thompson authorized to look for curbing. Chapel to look repairing roof.
