Harold Chubb worked for the Livingston County Road Commission from 1926 to 1951. He resigned from the LCRC to join the staff at First National Bank in 1951.
In 1955, Harold Chubb was elected by the First National Bank's Board of Directors to the Assistant Cashier position. -

Crandall married Hazel M. Rubert in the fall of 1925. They had three children, Frederick, John, and Nancy. -

Harriet (Armstrong McPherson) Grieve (1808-1887)
Harriet (Armstrong McPherson) Grieve (1808-1887) married James Grieve (1796-1845) and were early settlers in Putnam Township, Livingston County,Michigan purchased land from federal government in 1835-1837. They had five children as follows:
- Katherine "Kittie Grieve (1836-1880)
- Henry Dudley Grieve (1838-1915)
- Mary Grieve (1842-1900)
- Margaret Grieve (1843-1937), never married. She was deaf and lived next to her sister Mary in Gregory, Michigan.
- Harriet Grieve (1845-1933)
