    These photographs were taken at Waldenwoods Resort & Conference Center, Hartland, Michigan, and includes interior and exterior pictures of Crouse Lodge. Photo 0023 shows a meeting of the Hartland Jaycees.

    These photographs were taken at the November 23, 1960 Fall Sports Banquet, for the Howell High School Football and Cross Country Teams.   The Banquet was sponsored by the newly organized Howell Athletic Club, and it was held at the Howell Armory, 311 East Grand River Avenue, Howell, Michigan. 

    The Banquet featured four well known sports speakers.  They were Duffy Daugherty, Vic Wertz, Red Jones and Frank Szymanski.  The banquet was attended by over 400 people.  A football autographed by all members of the Detroit Lions and a baseball autographed by all of the Detroit Tigers were given away as prizes.

    The names of the persons in the photographs are unknown.

    These photographs were taken at the "Meet and Greet" for National Honor Society students of Livingston County, sponsored by the Citizens' Mutual Insurance Company, Howell, Michigan, June 1973.

    The setting is the Holiday Inn of Howell, Michigan.  The names of the persons are unknown.

    This is a photograph from the April 2, 1955 "victory dinner" when the non-profit corporation for the purpose of raising funds for the construction of a new hospital facility met their goal of $698,736.   Robert Akin was the general chairman of the Hospital Development Committee.

    According to the 1988 Annual Report of McPherson Hospital,  Howell, Michigan, with matching federal funds, this fundraising campaign enabled planners to go ahead with their plans to build a 75 bed hospital at a cost of $1,267,000.
