The Lincoln Hotel, constructed in the 1920's, became the Graham Hotel by 1932. It had been renamed again by 1955, as "Monks Hotel". It was owned by Ralph Monks. He later sold the hotel to his partners, who maintained a restaurant, renamed, "The Canopy".
This photograph, also depicted on pp. 258-9, of the "Howell Bicentennial History, Photographic Supplement", 1992, is captioned, "three loads of lumber for a barn raising".

This image of the W.N. Snedicor Egg and Poultry Store was included in the First National Bank Calendar. The store was located in Howell, Michigan on the south side of West Grand River Avenue.
These photographs show W. Donald Bath, and the Howell School Board, Howell, Michigan. Mr. Bath was Superintendent of Howell Public Schools from August 1959 to July 1966. William Donald Bath was born in 1924 and died in 1996.
